if you modify the Standard text usually don't linked to your transport you should manually link the standard text to the transport number and then release it.
Ex : Goto Se09 --> Select the transport request number you where you want to insert the text element --> click display --> change --> under program id R3TR --> object type = text --> onject name TEXT,<standard text name>,ST,E(Text, standard text name, text id, language)
or do it through SE03 tcode.

Hi,
For Logo's you need to follow the below process.
you can do through transaction SMW0
Go to transaction SMW0 and click on Binary Data for WEB RFC
Applications,
CLICK ON right tik mark on above,
On next screen you will see a execute button don't sel
ect any package just execute it.
On the next screen create a z_******.ZIF file.
Then go to sm30
Select table ssm_cust
There will be a perameter called start image enter param
eter value
z_******.ZIF
It will ask for a transport request create a transport.
in both the cases for standard text and logo you have to release transport to the other systems.
Thanks,
Srinivas

You can transport standard text using program RSTXCPFS.
Hope it resolves your issue.
Reward if it is useful.

Srinivas

Vish,
Standard texts can not get transported, you need to maintain seperatly in each system.
Logos will get transported.
