Not relavent for Picking

Hi,

1) After Sales order When I am trying to create delivery its automatically showing

ITEM NOT RELEVENT FOR PICKING.

2) Its not taking Quantity,

But item isrelevant for picking,

Plz can you suggest me

Check this,

MENUPATH:

IMG..>SD..>BASIC FNS..>DELIVERY SCHEDULING & TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULING..

in sale document item data..> SCHEDULES LINES tab page

which delivery date the confirmed qty is present,for that date u create delivery.

or

U maintain stock in MB1C(enter Movement type 561,correct plant & storage location (what is present in sale document)),then create delivery.

Hello Tiru,

1)Go to FD32 and chk the credit limt of your customer in that controlling area.. some time this causes problem.

2)chk ur shcdule line category is delivery relevent or not.

3)chk ur order is delivery relevany or not.

Try this,

Maintain stock for the material in plant through T code MB1C.

maintain movement type as 561, enter plant & storage location.

then u do deliver the material.

goto the order and check on which date the material has been confirmed in schedule line

and check weather u r creating the delivery on the same date or not

Check the storage location under which you found the Stock and see whether the delivery is pointing to the same storage location or not..

If possible try to add the stock into the storage location of the plant that the delivery is pointing to..

hello,

if your plant and storage loc is assigned to warehouse.(chk in view V_T320)for which u have craeted the material.

then transfer order is required for your delivery.

if this the case then Go to TA: LT03

and craete the transafer order and then automatiacally after confirmation of transfer order ,in delivery picked qty will be updated.

chk this too.

Hi,

In Delivery item category its relevant for picking,

material is semi finished HALB,

Why its not taking matrial quantity, when im enter material quantity its not taking.

ERROR IS: Only 0 EA of material available

Hi,

The problem seems to be with the material availability. Check the material stock using MMBE for that plant and storage location. If sufficient stock is not there, then increase the stock and do picking.

Hi Tiru

Check in Material Master. whether that Material is Trading Goods.

If trading Goods it is not relevant for picking.

Also check the Itemcategory in masterial Master.

Also check with OVLP T-code.

hi,

if the item is relevant for picking then it will accept the pick qty. Just to make sure please go to OVLP ( its not zero, its O for Oppurtunity) where make a delivery item as relevant or not for picking.

please check the configuration of the item category of the delivery using

0(Zero)VLP Tcode.

Here the item relevant for picking check box should be selected.
