After applying SP13, I can't pull the global configuration from the SLD

I have applied SP13 in PI 7.0 and all of a sudden none of the systems ABAP stacks can pull down their information in SXMB_ADM-Integration Engine Configuration, I get "Cannot Access System Landscape at Present"

SLDCHECK is working completely well in all servers, so I am a bit confused as to the problem.

I am using PIAPPLUSER for SLDAPICUST, was there a role requirement change in this support pack?

Did you restart the server afer applying the SP.

Did you check/test the below TCP/IP RFC Destination on ABAP stack:

AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER

AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER

Also check..

SAPSLDAPI

LCRSAPRFC

and following HTTP RFC Destination

INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

.

You can check above RFC Destination using TC: SM59

After applying SP12 or SP13 on any ABAP system, in order to avoid this message note 1076846 has to be applied.
