Tables in R/3 for SRM Contracts and Purchase orders

hi Gurus,

Can anyone tell me What are the table names in R/3 which gets populated when the SRM data for Contracts, Purchase Orders is replicated back to R/3.

The tables in R/3 would be the classic ones... e.g. for PO-->EKKO,EKPO.

i would also like to know how is the mapping done to all the SRM fields in to R/3 do you have a mapping document or where i can find the standard mapping document for the table and fields for Contracts, PO's, Confirmations and Invoicing

Hi,

The P.Os are transferred to backend R/3 using RFC whereas the Confirmations and invoices are tranferred to R/3 using I.Docs.

Contracts you create in SRM are local contracts and they are not distributed to back end.Where as in case of GOA (Global Outline Agreements) the distribution hapens in the form of I.Doc. (In case of Classic Scenario)

Please look uisng <b>BBP_PD</b> transaction... This will help in identifying all the relevant tables involved in all types of Purchase Orders(<u>BUS2201</u>) and Contracts.
