How to identify JDBC System as Relational System ?

Hi,

I work on NW2004s SP10 and NW Visual Composer 7.0 and I want to create a simple test iView with the Visual Composer.

I want to connect to a JDBC-System (Microsoft SQL Server 2000) and display the content of a table. But the Visual Composer identifies my JDBC-System as Non-SAP-System instead of a Relational System. At the moment I can select the Stored Procedures but not the Tables.

What should I do in order to be able to select the tables ?

Should I create a relational system instead of jdbc system ? if it's the case, how can I do that ?

thanks,

Loï

Hi Loic,

please check the great Visual Composer Wiki. Look into section => Connectivity => JDBC - Cannot see tables.

Best regards,

Martin
