Hi Gurus
We thinking about removing Interaction Record View from Webclient, only problem with this is that we will lose the Activity Clipboard BSP.
To o vercome this we thinking of moving the Activity Clipboard BSP to the Service Ticket View.
Has anyone done this before?
If so, how did you achieve this and was it a complex task?
