Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: Z03 Z15 Z25

At the VL01N transaction itgives out a message of :"Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: Z03 Z15 Z250" . I can't make the delivery even nor pass the initial screen of VL01N. Can anybody help me with brief explanations?

Check in <b>VOV8</b>, for the order type whether, you have entered the delivery type in "Shipping" tab.

u might have created ur own standard order but u have not mainted copy controls for that go to LE>Shipping>and copy controls Select OR to LF and copy into ur Stand order and delivery.

Hi Hikmet Akcali,

Copy Control for Delivery is not maintained in the system for Delivery type Z03 Sales Doc type Z15 and Item category Z250. Thats why you are getting this error.

Please maintain the copy control settings in VTLA ( copy control sales doc to delivery doc)

For this go to VTLA ( tcode) and create entry for Target delivery type Z03 and source doc type Z15 , by copying from an existing combination which is most similar to this Dely doc / sales doc combination.

If this entry already exist then , create the entry for the Item category Z250 in the item level at VTLA. Maintain the settings like copying requirement and other field suitably.

Save the settings and then create fresh delivery against the order.The error will not pop up.

Hello Hikmet,

Copy control ettings are missing for your order type to delivery.

Go to VTLA and copy an existing order (OR) to delivery copy(LF) control and replace it with your order type and delivery type. Maintain copy control for your item category also.

Also, check in VOV8 for your order type you have maintained delivery type or not in Shipping tab.

Hi,

The copy control for the delivery is missing so that u are getting that message.

Do maintain the copy control for ur customized one by going to Sales document to Delivery copy controls and copy the standard one and change it to ur customized t.code is VTLA. so that the problem get solved.
