SM 4.0 daily job send_system_relationship_to_support fails
I have SM 4.0 SP13 running and I'm now trying to configure Diagnostics.
One of the steps is to check if the daily task "send_system_relationship_to_support " is scheduled and runs successfully.
It is scheduled but it doesn't run successfully.
The error log show the following:
Your user has no SAP Support Portal user assigned.
However, when I look in transaction AISUSER for the user I'm running the task with I have assigned a valid S-user.
Can anyone help me out please?
