Dear Experts,

When I am run tcode KE5T to clear the difference in base ledger and comparison ledger, I see a ballance is shown in comparison ledger after KE5T run.

This is happening when I give the date From NOV 2006 .

What could be the problem pls advice solution on this

If you want to check the records and reconcile differences in one run following the conversion, <b>you must start the program in the background</b>. No postings can be made in the system while this program is running.

If you clear the differences automatically, the clearing records are posted in tables GLPCT (summary record table) and GLPCA (actual line items). Check these values directly in these tables. The clearing postings are posted with origin <b>object type 98</b>. You can analyze these line items in line item reporting by <b>specifying this origin object type</b>.
