How to check if the is replicated in CRM?

Hello all,

Morning!!!! I think my question is easy...

It was told to me: <i>"First verify if Organization Unit 'ABCXYZ' is replicated in CRM.

<b>IF NO</b>, then check Middle Ware."</i>

1) How to check if the is replicated in CRM?

2) If I don't find the Organization Unit in step one, how to check in MiddleWare?

Tks & Rgds,

Barbara

Hello Barbara,

To check the middleware if the org unit was not created you can use transaction SMW01. This transaction is the Bdoc monitor, all data exchange to external systems is done by the means of Bdocs. So, when a org unit is transferred from ECC-R/3 it will generate an incoming Bdoc in the CRM system. If CRM fails to process the data (in your case create the org unit) the Bdoc will go in error.

So, in SMW01 check for all Bdocs that contain errors and check why they are in error.

Hope this helps,

Hi

Goto to PPOMA_CRM, and see whether the org has been created and the sales org from ECC is available for selection in the functions tab
