Further interval Timedependent of the asset master not showing old interval

Hi Gurus,

When assigning a new cost centre to an asset in its master ''time - dependent'' tab ' further intervals ' a warning message come up “do you want to overwrite the existing time dependant data”.

As a result of the message we then went in ''add intervals'' and added an additional interval with the existing data and the new cost centre. After the data has been saved the system does not maintain the additional interval instead overwrites the existing.

My client say that the system should show the both old and new intervals. Can you please why it is happening and how to correct this issue.

Rgds,

BABA

hi,

please check the following customizing step:

Financial Accounting

Asset Accounting

Master Data

Specify Time-Independent...

if it is ticked for the company code, take it put and won't overwrite.

Hi Sailesh,

Pls put old date it will show the old cost center.

After completion of old date it will show you the current cost center.
