Parameter type of controller method

When creating a method using the Method tab in a component controller, is it possible to specify that the type of the parameter should be a certain NodeElement type?

hi

yes it possible to specify the type.

use the browse button and select the java native type.

Ex: Generic ->com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.api.IWDNodeElement

and custom->test.sap.testrfc.comp.wdp.IPrivateTestRFcView.IFb_Bpvt_Get_Pvt_Info_InputElement
