PurchOrder XXXXX : Exception condition "FAILURE" raised

Hi All,

I m getting this error whlie creating PO with three different external requirement (project system) from r/3 backend. When I club these three requiremtns and created PO in held condtion and then done few changes like qty and delivery dates which varies for two PR out of three as well I have changed purchasing gpr.

But due to this changes I am getting error in process when I try to order PO.

What will be the cause?

<u>Which SRM and R/3 versions are you using ?</u>

If you login as Administrator in the Menu link Application Monitors, you can see the failure messages during the transmission of documents from srm to Backend. (BBP_MON_SC Transaction). Also look in transaction RZ20 for more details. Any dumps occured in R/3 or SRM system, check the same using ST22 transaction.
