No application server found on database host - rsh/gateway will be used
Execute logical command BRCONNECT On host f1n2
Parameters:-u / -jid STATS20070213091036 -c -f stats -t PSAPSR3USR

Hello,
is your system a distributed system? If it is and database is not on the same server as the CI, check if you can rsh from the CI to the DB with <SID>adm and ora<SID> . If you are using ssh, check that the exchanges keys are valid.
Hope it helps

Incase of Oracle, please update the brtools.
May be you could refer Note 12741 - Current versions of BR*Tools and SAPDBA.

Please check Note 446172 carefully.
1. Check if the gateway on the Batabase Server is running. If stopped, start it
2. Check the RFC SAPXPG_DBDEST_<SAPDBHOST>
Cheers!
