Hello,

I have check data categories in copy express in my SBO, here they are :

1. Customisation

2. users

3. Display settings

4. Initial Settings and Setup

5. chart of accounts

6. master data

7. User defaults.

8. manual transactions

Actually the master data must be copied but because target and localisations are differents, they are skipped. I still investigate this problem

Hi Dilip,

I recommend you check <a href="https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000654469&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000183&_ADDINC=&_OBJECT=011000358700003553712006E.htm">CopyExpress Landing Page</a> on our Channel Partner Portal (you need a partner S-User for login), where you could download recorded ETS session on this topic.

Back to your question, to copy master data, you need to check the checkbox ahead of master data name, you need also verify all the dependencies are met (exclamation mark appears if any depended data is not selected to copy). Last not least, check the overwrite option in case duplicated master data code occurs.

Br,

Chris
