ESS -> Skills link missing in Portal

Hi all

The ESS -> Skills link is missing in my portal. Any leads on where I should check?

To give you more details, when I login, navigate to Position and Description skills, typically, I should see three choices: Skills, Jobs, Positions.

Now, I see only Jobs and Positions, but NOT SKILLS.

What changes could be the cause? I am on NW04.

Don't worry, check the configuration under : Personnel Management: Employee Self-Service → Service-Specific Settings → Career and Job → Skills.

Also, check the service, resource link for skills under : Cross application component>homepage framework...
