Transport Datamart Hierarchy (DM APCO) (NW04s)

How do I transport the Datamart Hierarchy (DM APCO) from DEV to QA. When I look in QA at the <b>Myself</b> source system, all export datasources are under <b>Unassigned nodes</b>. How do I get the hierarchy structure 0BW_DATASOURCES --> BW --> DM to QA.

Clarification please. Shouldn't RSA9 be run in BI DEV and request transported to BI QA?

Because RSA9 was already run in ECC DEV, transported to ECC QA and the APCO was then replicated to BI QA. And I can see the ECC APCO in BI QA.

The APCO was transported earlier. I can see the application components for the ECC QA source system in BI QA, but not for the BI myself source system.

When you execute transacation RSA9 in Dev, it should prompt you for a transport request.
