Hi,
I am creating a workbook, it has 3 queries on which the Pivot table is built, i want to refresh the pivot table automatically after the queries have refreshed. can someone help me on this issue. we are on BI 7.0
Thanks
Murali Gudibandi
Hi Murali,
U can do this while creating the workbook only.Well we r having the analyser mode and design mode in Bex analyser. If u go to the analyser mode u will see the refresh button if u click once it will pause the refresh availability and if u click on that again it will release that pause. If u save the workbook by keeping that refresh button in pause mode,u have to refresh the workbook manually when ever u open it.
If u save workbook by releasing that pause it will refresh automatically when ever u open the workbook
Hope this helps
