How to delete active sessions in Portal?

Hi All,

If a User does not logoff from the portal but simply closes the portal window then this leaves the session active.

How can we delete such unused but active sessions in Portal?

Hi,

usually, sessions expire after some time. However, you can manually terminate sessions using the Visual Administrator

Go to => <System> => <Server> => Services => Security Provider

Select tab "Login Sessions"

Switch to "Edit Mode"

Select session

Click "Terminate" button
