Could not add a database field in the new PLD report..

Hi All,

Am working on a PLD report and am not able to add a Databse field on the Report.

I want to add a new field on my Report which should fetch the Field Tax Amount from the table AR invoice tax amount per document....

when i add the new database field the drop down for tables does not display the desired table....

Can any one help me on this....

Hello Manish,

For view all tables in PLD you must proceed as following:

Press TAB key (and keep it pressed)

Then click on drop down for tables.

Hi Manish

In the AR Invoice window, you can make the Tax Amount (LC) visible, and then by using the cursor and (view>system information) you will note that it is a system variable (on my version -variable 103). So in your layout you can add a field of type variable and have this amount display in your layout.

From which window (eg invoice, cred Note etc) are you doing the PLD?

There are a lot of messages similar to your situation already posted on this Forum.

Please search the following message Subjects and you could find some info. FYI, there is no straight and easy solution to this situation due to limitation in PLD.
