Where we define price changes for PO

Hi All

The Purchase Order was 20.08 ERU however the vendor intimates the price to be 20.06 ERU

The issue was that Manager getting Email to approve price changes of less than 5%, in this situation the price discrepancy was less than 5% which did not need approval.

Could you guide me how to resolve this issue?

Release strategy is redetermined only for increase in prices. Decrease in price does not reset release since it is already approved for a higher value.

Hi,

u mean to say that you r using relaese strategy for the same.

if this is so then u hav to chek in configuration in OMGS for the relaese indicator wat is the changeablility indicator and wat is the % change in value for which it shud redetermine release startegy.
