Our Requirement is:
The invoice should be saved as pdf file, named based on the invoice number,
and this pdf file should be sent to the persons' outlook account who created the invoice. The mail subject should also contain the invoice number.
Regarding the possibility to save to a pdf-file,
we have the possibility to use standard program RSTXPDFT4 where we need to pass the spool request no.
But there is no spool request no for the invoice in the table TSP01.
Therefore it's needed that the invoice remains in the spool.
I've some questions to clarify?
1.How does invoice print requests remain in the spool?.(How to get the Spool request no. for the invoice?) . There is no need to schedule a job.
2.How to pass the spool request no. to the standard program RSTXPDFT4 to convert the output to pdf format?
3.How to send the pdf file as an attachment to the outlook account who created the invoice with subject as invoice no.?
Can u guys send me some sample prgs so that i can get clear picture.
