Hi,

How to download the Excel file Using SM36. This excel file every monday automatically running & send auto mail to the End User.

I will try in SM36 but first time only running.

Pls advise, how to schedule?

Wht you mean by downloading excel through SM36. Is it any job and you are downloading this job result in excel ?

Yes, I download this job result in Excel. This report first time only successfully run Using SM36..

In SM36, when you define the "Start Condition" for the job there are several buttons across the top of the popup... Chose the "Date/Time" option, enter the date of the first Monday you want the job run on, and the time, then click the "Period values" button at the bottom of this popup.. click the "Weekly" option in the "Period Values" popup and save.
