Standard classes changed during SAP Upgrade

Hi,

Is there any place where I can get a list of standard classes which have been changed or deleted from SAP 4.6c to ECC 6.0 (or from SAP 4.7 to ECC 6.0)?

Generally there wont be any Deleting of object (tables,class,methods,FG,FM,etc)

Only Enhancements, Addition to the Customer Bussiness Requirements,and New Additions.

Straight Example is : 21000 table will became 21020 tables in new release.

same is applicable for all obects in SAP .

I want an exact list of <b>SAP CLASSES</b> that have been changed.

How can I find out which class has been changed across versions from this view?
