can anyone tell me, how to see the payment advice note or the configuration steps for payment advice note.

You maintain the payment advice control per payment method within a company. Transaction OBVU.

go to T.code obvu select forms tab select f4 for "form for the payment advice" then u will find the standard forms for payment advice.
The requirements:
In OBVU --- Provide payment advice
OBVCU --- Payment medium program
F110 -- printout/ Data medium tab page -- provide program and variant.
