Autovue Issue

Hi all,

I am working on ECC6.0. We are using autovue. Previously i was able to view screens through Atuovue. Now I am not able to do that. I hav einstalled Latest Java version now even though I am not able to view. please suggest me how to resolve the issue.

Check whether the autovue is running or not ? login to autovue server , it might be hainging . Restart autovue

Hi Prince,

The server is running fine. I have restarted the server.
