Working in developement server but not working in production

Hi All,

I am having sap reports (which exists in r/3) by using webdynpro application i get the reports into portal after getting to the portal i provided a download option when we click on download one more popup come with OPEN SAVE CANCEL buttons but the problem is when we click on OPEN button it is opened in the developement server but this is not working in production and other buttons working fine in both servers.Please help me out.

Hi,

Check if u have got any logs regarding this in the defaultTrace file. If so, try correcting it. Else remove and redeploy the application in the prod server and check.
