Import ABAP toke more time

HI Experts,

Pl let me know .I am installing ECC 6.0 unicode on Solaris 5.10 operating system /Oracle database .But at the time of import ABAP executing services it was take 20 hours but it is still going on. file system have enough space is there

Memory :4GB

Swap :24 GB is Available .Please let me know the problem and how to solve .

Hi Lankela,

Before installation you can provide this information i.e. no of parallel load jobs and it depends on No of processors you have. This will reduce the time for completing import Abap phase as this load jobs are completed in parallel.

Hi,

I don't think it's compatible with your version. we are using solaris 10. You are very behind. Please confirm it by reading installation guide prerequsits...
