How to configure SAPmail to receive thru SAP inbox and Outlook (or email)

Using transaction code SBWP, we would like to send messages from SAP to internal email or Outlook and at the same get it from our SAP inbox. Is it possible? Right now, we can do it separately. We can send message from SAP to internal email without getting the message from our SAP inbox and we can send message from SAP to SAP inbox but not to internal email.

A simple illustration how we do these 2 things:

1. SBWP > create message > type the SAP logon name in the "Recipient field" then drill down and choose SAP logon name in the "Recipient Type" field then click send (then we can check and receive it thru our SAP inbox only but not to our Outlook/internal mail)

2. SBWP > create message > type the email address in the "Recipient field" then drill down and choose Internet address in the "Recipient Type" field then click send (then we will receive the message by checking our Outlook.)

Is there a way we can do them both in one transaction only? Or do we need to modify a parameter? Who should work on this? Is this something Basis people should handle?

Thanks in advance!
