SP 13 issue

Hi we just upgraded to Service Pack 13 and when I try to log onto integration builder it begins to download the java webstart file then I get a notification that it failed to launch integration builder .. upon clicking on details I see the following error in my java webstart my java version is 1.4.2_08

An error occurred while launching/running the application.

Title: Integration Builder

Vendor: SAP AG

Category: Download Error

Corrupted JAR file at http://ourserver:0000/dir/directory/aii_ib_client.jar

Hi Andrew,

The generally occurs due to problem in downloading from the server to ur local system( could be network related)

Remove any proxies if u are using.

Try clearing the folder in the Java WebStart --> File --> Preferences --> Advanced --> Clear Folder

Manually you can delete the folders in the directory

C:\Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache\http\D<xi host>

and

C:\Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache\muffins\http\D<xi host>

Again start the builder.

Guys -

The problem was I needed to clear the cache. I did it through the java webstart and it worked fine.
