Can anyone explain me that under what situation I have to use which batch Level.
I already read the help.sap.com but it is not clear.

Hi
Normally Batch will be associated with charecteristics.
In the following case you can use the bacth at plant level
If you are operating in single plant.
Meaning:
If the batch need not be transfered to other plant.
or if you want to transfer the batch to the other plant, it need not carry the associated charectristics along with it.
If you activate this level , you can see the bacth class as 022.
If you want to carry the charecteristics to other plants alsoalong with the batch, you have to the material level &client level .
if you activate this level you can see the bact class as 023.
Hope it is clear to you.
award if it helps.

Abhisek,
It is simple. Every batch is identified with a number.
When you define the batch mgmt at client level, the batch number is uniqe through out the client ie in all the plants and for all the materials. You can not have same number for any other material in any plant.
When you define the batch at Material Level, the Batch nomber is unique for the material in all the plants. You can have same batch no for another material.
When you define th batch at Plant level, the batch number is unique for the material in the plant. You can same number for the same material in another plant of the client.
Depending on your requirement, you activate your batch management in customization
