Problem deleting items from a PO.

This is the problem we are having : -

We create a PO in SRM 550. All ok. But if we want to delete an item, we select the trash can then try to order we get a message hold or complete the order.

Any ideas on this?

Hi Steve,

It seems like you can able to delete the line items in the change mode of process purchase orders but when you click on order its giving a message " Hold or complete the order".

Is it an error message? Whats happening if you complete the order?

I don't think its an error message. Try with another P.O and check for the same.

If the same issue exists with most of the P.Os then as suggested by Atul please raise a customer OSS note with SAP.

Seems like a bug in the system.

Please report the same to SAP by creating a new Customer OSS message.
