error files at ftp server

Hi,

In the Idoc to File scenario,error file are also generated at ftp server which are just the prototypes of the idoc sent.How can I stop this error file generation??

Send information about ur error message, otherwise its difficult to find where u done mistake.

The following error is encountered through error files generating at ftp:

FTP failure for the two files PA20071104-192623-151.xml.ERROR and PA20071104-192817-072.xml.ERROR. Kindly see error below:

you mean, when the interface fails the error messages are also going to the FTP location where the processed messages should be sent?

if yes are you sure this is send by the File adapter?

are you using the File adapter ?

In that case please confirm the following;

1. Is any adapter module attached to the file adapter ? (check the modules tab in the adapter)

2. Also confirm the parameters used in the adapter.

Yes I am using File adapter and have checked the adapter modules and parameters as well.Everything is alright,this error was not encountered on the first day,same confugarion is giving this error on 2nd day,dont know how to resolve.

Yes Nisar u r right that when the interface fails the error messages are also going to the FTP location where the processed messages should be sent.

And this is send by the File adapter only.

Adapter Specific Message attributes are also being used in configuration since the file name has to be picked up dynamically.
