Create Hierarchy field not enabled to create hierarchy

Hi all,

Please let me know how to enable the option "create Hierarchy field" in Import manager, i was trying to create Hierarchy by importing data in to MDM, this option is showing in grey colour, I am not able to select this option at all

Hi,

try another file format (XML). If you are using Excel it won't work.

Hi Ravi,

You have to select all the fields in Import Manager which u need to hierarchies and select the option “ Create Hierarchy field ”. You will see a new popup window in which you have to fill and your hierarchy will be created.
