I have gone through Img Help
Object links to other SAP objects
You can make an object link to SAP objects that are not shown in the
possible entries list. To do this, proceed as follows:
o In the standard system, there are already two special screens for
the module pools SAPLCV130 and SAPLCV140 for the linked SAP object.
You must create two new screens with the same number for the module
pools SAPLCV130 and SAPLCV140 .
The processing logic must follow that of screen 1204 in program
SAPLVC130.
o Create function module OBJECT_CHECK_XXXX (XXXX = object name)
- If the object can be classified, this function module already
exists .
- Otherwise copy the function module for linking equipment
DOCUMENT_CHECK_EQUI and change it as required for the new
This is little bit technical and I am not able to understand.
Kindly help me

Hi,
from my point of view the best way to manage these documents in the HR transaction PA10, PA20, PA30 instead linking documents to HR objects.
In the standard there is no suitable object for document-object links. Please see all the available SAP standard objects in SE80, function group CV130 under screens.
So you can go to PA30 and use the service for object button in the upper left corner. Here you can add business documents for each person.
Best regards,
Christoph
