hi all
In MMBE for my material there is an open order qty where i want to clear all the stock or qty in it ?how can i clear those qty`s

Try to tick delivery complete indicator in PO if ur not expecting any delivery against that PO
You can view open purchase order report with ME2L, ME2N, ME2M with the selection parameter = WE101.

Hi!
Open order quantity in MMBE means for that material there are PO raised but material not received. So please check when r u receiving that material.
After receiving it will show in unrestricted or quality or blocked as per ur system settings. These stocks u can clear as u want.

these quantities are reserved against production orders that exist for them. To close an open order qty, you'll have to close these orders or remove these materials from it.
