Hi Gurus
We are scanning the delivery manifest and trying to attach the document in the VG03 transaction but there is no attachment icon the screen like in vl02n screen.
How can we make this attachment icon in the VG03 transaction?

Pls refer to OSS Note 598073. This will help you a lot.
The solution is that you have to maintain the parameter SD_SWU_ACTIVE with value X in SU3 tcode in parameter tab.

We are on ECC 6.0 and this note is only for va01/va02 and cannot be implemented in this release but i m trying to see that in VG03 transaction.
