sold-to-party not mainted for sales area

Hi I'm trying to create a sales order for a particular sold-to-party and im getting error sold-to-party not mainted for sales area? how should i fix the error?

Hi Anne.

Check the Customer Master Record of that Sales Area. Probably SP is not defined in this Master Record.

ust recheck in XD02 if you have created customer with right combination of Sales Area. Do revert back if this is not the case.

Moreover also check that customer you are entering in Sold-to Party field is ceated with account group of Sold-to party

Hi Anne

Go to <b>XD02</b>, enter the customer code and select "<b>customer's sales area</b>". A screen will appear wherein it will show in which sales area you have created the said customer. Extend the required sales area through <b>XD01</b>, entering the customer code and sales area.
