Missing Material Document

Hi All

We have a few finanical documents that were created as a result for GR (101). The material documents associated with these financial documents does not exist anymore in the system. I am unable to figure out the exact cause for this. Please help

if u have archived the material documents tghen plz chek them in MBAL transaction.

Check in SE16 and MSEG table for material document.

Hi Vijay,

How are you getting the Material numbers form Accounting documents? Are you getting it from Header details Reference key field of Accounting document?If you are getting it from Reference key field there are two possibilities

If the accounting document is generated from Material document the reference key contains Material doc number followed by year..

(ii) If the accounting document is generated from Invoice document the reference key contains Invoice doc number followed by year.

I think you are looking the accounting documents generated from Invoice Verification.Try to enter this number in MIR4 and reply.
