Project System- WBS Element overspent

The WBS was overspent 60k but the availability control is stated either 10% or 100,000. Budgeted 2million but it was assigned 2,160,000 when i viewed itPlease advise

try to reconstruct the WBS using TC CJEN and CJBN. In 99% cases helps ...

THE AVAILABILITY WAS NOT DEACTIVATED BUT THE USER ABLE TO POST COMMITMENTS TO THE WBS.

Its possible somebody deactivated the availability control to post entries ( and probably reactivated it again). Pls. check if that had happened.
