Email from SolMan 4.0

Hello,

Does anyone know how to enable the email function from CRMD_ORDER? I tried testing the option by click on the envelope icon --> Send object with note. However, when I try to send a message, I get the message: You do not have a sender address in the chosen communication method.

Please let me know if there are additional configurations that need to be done for this.

Aside from making SCOT work, a condition to send an email after event is also helpful. The email in business entry and SU01 should also match.

HI,

Have you already setup SCOT? If not then go to SCOT tcode and setup. also, you have to schedule a job too in order to send emails out of your SAP system.
