How Attrition can be addressed in SAP HR? and in which module / SPRO/ sap easy access... can we deal with it?

This can be tracked based on the actions you map in Personnel Administration.
You may have various reasons for attrition which can be mapped as reason for that particular action. Based on the same you may generate your report.
This report should have your sanctioned position in the organization and against which you are currently hiring in the system or working in the system.
In one of my implementation, we had tracked the attrition rates to the education catelog. Education catelog had various education starting from 1st std till IIT and IIM's and whenever any employee use to leave the organization, we use to track attrition based on education level as well.
