Stock movement types as receipt and issue

Former Member

Hello experts,

We have some movement types that are used in receipt and issue movements at a time. These are generating mismatchs between 0IC_C03 and MB5B when, for example, there is a movement type that is configured as a issue movement but is used to make receipt movements. How can I handle these cases?

Thanks for your help.

Finally SAP suggested us to modify the update rules to handle these cases.

Hi,

we are having the same situation than yours but aren't experiencing any troubles...

Be cautious with MB5B in R/3, sometimes BW is more accurate!

Can you please elaborate a bit futher with a simple example?

Did you change the content?

let us know...

Olivier.

I tried to load few days and test, but the error continues. Here is a small example of the infocube result:

strge strge nam date tot sotck totrecstck totissstck

1700 En Venta 11/08/2007 0 CAJ

1700 En Venta 12/08/2007 3 CAJ 3 CAJ 0 CAJ

1700 En Venta 13/08/2007 3 CAJ

1700 En Venta 14/08/2007 3 CAJ

1700 En Venta 15/08/2007 3 CAJ

1700 En Venta 16/08/2007 3 CAJ 0 CAJ 0 CAJ

1700 En Venta 17/08/2007 3 CAJ

1700 En Venta 18/08/2007 3 CAJ

1700 En Venta 19/08/2007 3 CAJ

1700 En Venta 20/08/2007 203 CAJ 0 CAJ - 200 CAJ

The last movement have a negative total issue stock, but the following is the result from the MB5B transaction and it really is the total receipt stock:

Stock on 01.05.2007 0 CS

Total Receipts 203.208 CS

Total Issues 0 CS

Stock on 25.10.2007 203.208 CS

SLoc MvT S Mat. Doc. Item Pstng Date Quantity BUn D/C

1700 971 4981087918 2 12.08.2007 2 CAS S

1700 971 4981087920 2 12.08.2007 1 CAS S

1700 971 4981087950 2 16.08.2007 0.208 CAS S

1700 632 4981087978 1 20.08.2007 200 CAS S

Please help, we have this problem about a month ago.
