Hi. Hoping someone can help me here. I'm trying to do a Java Export on a NetWeaver 2004s SP11 installation. This has worked previuosly on another server, but it's failing on my production box with the following error(s):
ERROR 2007-10-22 10:05:41

I've looked through all types of SAP Notes, searched SND and the Internet. A couple of posts here suggest variables and/or DNS can be the issue. I've checked the variables and paths for the user as which I'm executing the procedure - vp1adm. Here's what I've got:

Any ideas would be VERY welcome.
Got the export to work using selection "Use Domain of current User" instead of "Local Installation." Why the difference? Is one instance registered in the SLD and other not?
Anyway, Now the import on the target system is failing. I've copied over the
JAVA Driectory created by the exprt but when I specify this directory onthe target server as the Package Location, I get the following error:
You entered: F:\oracle\VQ3\oraarch\JAVA Found the label
SAP:JMIG:700::😘 but need the label SAP:J2EE-CD:700SR1:J2EE-CD:j2ee-cd:*
The label that's in the file is the same label that was in the LABEL.ASCfile for the successful copy I performed last week on another system.
Why won't it let me perform the import? what is the system looking for?

Hi David,
did you ever find a solution to this problem?
I have the identical error whilst trying to do a system copy export of an IDES ECC6 system on a Win2K/SQLServer 2000 system.
Regards....John.
