Cannt Publish to Portal from WAD

Hi All,

I am trying to publish a web template from WAD to portal using the Menu

Web Template > Publish to Portal.

When I do that I get the login page, and after I enter my credentials, I get a pop up error message

"Session Management Will not Work"

"Please Check DSM Message for Logs"

I click OK on the message and it gives me a "Page not found" on the web page.

I was able to view the template directly from Portal, if I create an I-View manually and assign the web template Id and assigning the template to the page/role.

There seems to be a problem between the WAD and Portal.

Can someone explain why it is not working. What are the steps to publish the Web Template to Portal from WAD.

I was able to figure out the problem. The BW host value during the system setup needed to be fully qualified URL. Once I fixed that I was able to publish it to portal without any issues.
