GR reversal not happening for partial quantity 102 movement type

Hi,,

i have a production order for 10 quantity and after production i have done GR for that Production order using 101 movement type for 10 quantity. i want to reverse the GR for 2 quantity. it is not allowing me to do it.

Is it possible to reverse partial quantity for GR made.

ERROR message : enter valuation type,

though i entered the correct valuation type.

i have production order for 10 quantity and 10 quantity i havr done GR with 101 MIGO .partial reversal of GR is possible for a production order with movement type 102 in IDES for only 2 quantity.

but in my production system it is not happening for partial reversal. it is saying valuation type problem.

pls suggest me

Hi,

You can do Partial Reversal for the Production Order even after CNF state.

But I gave you a general practise.

You may have to do some error analysis, for your case.

i do only manual GR for a production order.

according to you u mean to say that partial reversal of GR is not possible.

i have to cancle the whole document and do again the GR for the required quantity.

is it what u mean

How do you do GR for 2 pc? Auto GR or Manual GR

if AUto GR then cancel the confirmation with t.code Co13 , material document will get reversed

IF Manual GR then cancel with MIGO or MBST

You can t.code MBST & cancel the GR. Then do MB31 with 8 as production qty.

Hi Madan,

Cancel the confirmation. If it is auto GR you need not do any thing all the 10 quantities will be returned back. Or you do the Reverse GR for 10 by mvt 102 against the order. Then you reconfirm the order for 8 quantity followed by GR for 8 quantities.

hi,

you cant reverse gr partially, instead you can go for gr return and then return 2 quantity. movement type for gr return is 122.
