Is it possible to create open PO means without having Delivery date can any body suggest me...

Hi

u can make the delivery date as required / optional / display

Please follow the path

Img..>MM...>Purchasing...>Purchase order...>Define Screen Layout at Document Level

click on the ME21N and then select Deadline Monitoring

there u can check the check box for delivery date either as required / optional / display

PO can not be created without schedule you will have to create contrat for that

Hi vinod,

As per my knowledge the PO with out delivery date does not make any sense, Delivery date is an important field for Buyer as well as for vendor.

You can creat a po having infinite validity as 31.12.9999.

Also you have option of creating scheduling aggrement & put the delivery schedule in ME38 as per yopur requirement.
