with holding tax related

When i am making payment using T.code F-58 I am getting teh following error

" one item have not been activated due to inconsistance of with holding tax data"

Pls suggest as early parrible

Hi Babu,

Check that the invoice had deducted withholding tax properly.

if yes check Section code/BUsiness place.
