Change of field position on shopping cart screen

Hi All!

We are working on SRM 5.5 add on to ECC 6.0 (Classic Scenario).

In shopping cart screen, field position of 'Vendor note/Internal Note' is changed. It appears at the top of shopping screen overshadowing some of the standard fields.Does any one have any idea about how to fix it.
