Availability Monitoring with CCMS

Hi all,

I want to monitor the avilability of SAP application. For this I'm thinking of the use of CCMSPING.

The alert creates when the avalilability for example is below the 98%. How can I monitor the length of time the application is unavailable? For example, how can I know whether the application has been below the 98% during 3 hours in the day??

Hi,

You can get that information from /usr/sap/DXC/DVEBMGS04/work --> available.log.

You can retrieve this info from T-Code ST11 --> go to work folder and their you will be able to find out available.log file
